Allow more personal customisation (colour schemes/themes), at the moment it's just too bland. There's nothing really unique or special in it that makes me want to replace using Outlook.

Sync to web

I love the calendar, and the option to sync with Outlook. Please add the option to sync to google, yahoo or MSN calendar. It would be awesome! Syncing to outlook is a good thing since you get all the Windows Mobiles synced that way. Adding...

An easy small change is that the 'Start' button is Halloween specific, maybe only use pumpkin in October, otherwise use a tombstone or something else generic.

Halloween biased theme is no good for the rest of the year.

Under the options for Holiday Editor - give the option for Reoccuring holidays. While you list extensive holidays for several countries, someone may want to add peoples birthday's, anniversaries or other reoccuring reminders.

have an easy way to tie this into the Vista/ gadgest, so that notifications of important events showed up in the gadget area 24-72 hours in advance, dpending on how the user set it.

Sorry about typing skills, meant gadgets of Windows Vista and 7. And the easiest way would be to run it as a Task Scheduler task or Windows service, and call and populate a Windows gadget with the proper notification data.

Import Conctacts from Outlook as well

While you are it, importing the calendar from Outlook, why not import the contacts as well and add them to the resources?

I think that the Events List should also allow telephone conversations so that you can hit a time and time how long you are talking on the phone to a particular person. The same would be true with events that are meetings or worktasks or...

Right now the graphics are rather plain. I think interactive graphics, pop ups, music for certain alarms would all be better. Another thing is an actual writing diary so one could write their work notes down.
